How I can Help
Do you ever feel stuck? Wanting to do more, but feeling drained, or constantly glued to your screen? Maybe you’re struggling with stress, anger, or addictive behaviours. It can be hard to find a way forward, especially when it feels like no one really gets what you’re going through.
I work with young men to build confidence, develop practical coping tools, and create a stronger sense of direction and purpose. Together, we’ll uncover what’s holding you back, strengthen your relationships, and find healthier ways to handle the challenges life throws at you.

My counselling process involves three stages.
Determine Suitability
We'll start with a free 15-minute consultation to better understand your particular issue and how I can help.
Assessment and Plan
I will help you identify strengths and weaknesses and develop a treatment plan tailored to your specific concerns.
Implementation
We'll meet regularly to work on the issues and I'll give you weekly action steps that will help move you towards the life you want.
