I am a Registered Social Worker (RSW) licensed to practice in BC, Alberta and Ontario and a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) licensed to practice in BC. I can also see clients anywhere in the world, however in this case you would not be able to be reimbursed for the sessions through insurance.
Check you extended health benefits to see if it covers counselling with a Registered Social Worker or Registered Clinical Counsellor. Other types of insurance I accept include:

During our initial consultation, we'll discuss the schedule that fits your needs the best. Typically, we'll set up a specific date and time to meet weekly, or bi-weekly to start, and can switch to monthly check-ins once you reached your goals and want to maintain your progress. Based on the assessment, a higher frequency of sessions may be offered.

We kindly request 48 hours notice for cancellation and rescheduling of appointments, otherwise, the full session fee will be charged. This applies to missed sessions also.
Please understand that this policy is based on fairness to you, your therapist, and other clients needing appointments. There is a high demand for services and for certain times of day, and when you book a session, that time is reserved exclusively for you.
